Refund Policy

Our review process is available for eligible new Reduce products with or without a fault. For a preference return, the item must remain unused and in its original condition with packaging and included components. Faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods may also be reported.

Thirty-day request window

Begin by writing to miriyuziye508@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery. Identify the order, checkout email, concern and requested outcome. Retain the product and packaging, and include useful photos or video for a problem item.

Mailing an approved item

Do not send a return until we approve it and confirm the exact return address and instructions. The published mailing address is for correspondence and may not be the return location. The parcel includes a free prepaid return label; ask us to assist if it was not received or has been lost. Eligible returns are not charged a restocking fee.

Available resolutions

We accept approved exchanges when replacement stock exists. When a refund is approved, we process and initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. The financial institution's posting period is additional. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived are preserved.
