What is the normal shipping timetable?

Allow 1–2 business days for preparation after authorization, then an estimated 4–6 business days for carrier transit after dispatch. More detail is in the Shipping Policy.

Which returns are considered?

Eligible new unused goods may be reviewed after a preference change, and damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed products may be reviewed as well. Contact us within 30 days after delivery.

What happens after I request a return?

Wait for approval and the correct address. Use the free prepaid label enclosed with the package; support can help if it is absent. There is no restocking fee. Exchanges depend on approval and stock.

How quickly is a refund initiated?
